Sweet Sweden

My first lunch was shrimp, with heads on of course and lathered in eggs. In the evening at the Red Frog while eating outside under a provided blanket I had Wild Trout (that looked like Salmon)with a very salty mussel froth and smoked mashed potatoes. Meringues, ice creams, chocolates, candy and pastries readily available at every hour, and it is light till 11 pm. One day it was pouring so of all places we ate at a PIZZA HUT which oddly also looked like IKEA and my pizza had corn and peppers on it. Cucumber jelly and cheese sandwiches every day breakfast or lunch. I must mention the GRILL, which was spectacular and worth the wait. A fabulous eclectic ambiance, a sensual waitress, and perfectly prepared foods bursting in flavors. More shrimp often served with mayo and dill in a baked potato, especially good at Djurgardsbron Sjocafe next to where we rented the bikes.
